Engage the expertise and insights of others on a regular basis.

Seek out learner experiences and bring them into the heart of decision-making and planning.

Embrace technology - at least until you master it or it is replaced by something newer and easier to use.

Envision education as systems and processes to "see" the otherwise invisible gaps and overlaps.

Remember everything is affected by the skillfulness and willingness of "the people".

Lead with an inviting, engaging and aggressively learning-focused style.

Passionately and continuously apply new knowledge and experiences.

Stay determined, but don't be "too" stubborn.
